Susan brings a unique combination of skills in both healthcare and technology to her role as one of the company's top recruiters. Her background is in healthcare with a B.S. Degree in Dental Hygiene. She transitioned from Dental Hygiene to recruiting where she concentrates on placing top candidates in healthcare, technology, engineering and upper management.

Randy brings to Sanibel Search over 20 years of management experience in recruiting. He is responsible for managing the firms large accounts.
Randy has focused on successfully placing highly specialized technical architects, engineers and consultants. Randy holds a Ph.D in Life Sciences.

Fred is the founding member of the firm and has a decade of experience in recruiting after a career in law and real estate development. Fred focuses his attention to sourcing top talent for "big four" consulting firms, law firms, technology, energy, financial and construction companies. Fred holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from the University of Natal in South Africa.
